Any DMV <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dmv.org\/washington-dc\/dmv-office-finder.php\">service location<\/a> would be able to assist you with obtaining this replacement title, as long as you have the following information:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>A signed <a href=\"http:\/\/dmv.dc.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/dc\/sites\/dmv\/publication\/attachments\/app-title.pdf\">Application for Duplicate Certificate of Title<\/a>. This must be signed by all owners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Vehicle Identification.
